General Rules

All fields in this form are mandatory; we invite you to complete them carefully to avoid rejection of your request;

It is MANDATORY to upload an identity document. You can upload up to four documents. If you exceed this limit, please complete a new form;

Accepted identity documents: Passport, European Union Identity Card;

Only Latin characters are allowed in this form (Hebrew alphabet not accepted);

Friends, colleagues, etc. should NOT be considered family members and must complete a separate form;

You must submit your request at least one week before the required entry date by completing the aforementioned form;

In addition to the usual rules regarding appropriate attire for a place of worship, to access the Synagogue we recommend wearing: for men, head covering and long pants; for women, covered shoulders, avoiding low-cut dresses and short skirts.
